A Legacy Of Care

H&B Holiday Lighting has served families across the Phoenix Metro since 2022, built around a simple idea: Christmas should feel magical without the stress that comes with making it happen.

H&B was founded by Bryan Young and Hayden Oliverson, two longtime friends who saw an opportunity to create a different kind of holiday lighting company—one focused not just on hanging lights, but on delivering an experience homeowners could look forward to every year.

From the beginning, we've believed the details matter. Every display is custom-designed for the home. Every strand is installed cleanly and intentionally. Every bulb faces the right direction, every wire is kept as hidden as possible, and every property is treated with the same care we'd expect at our own homes.

And our job doesn't end when the lights turn on. We provide the lights, installation, maintenance throughout the season, takedown, and storage—so our clients don't have to worry about a thing.

We're not just here to hang Christmas lights. We're here to make coming home during the holidays feel a little more special.

This Is LEADERSHIP Work

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE

A TRUCK AND TRAILER.

This is a hard requirement, verified through a driving test before hire. If you can't confidently drive a truck and trailer, this isn't the right role, please don't apply.

Our Crew Leads run exterior lighting installs across Phoenix, training new installers, solving problems on the spot, and owning the outcome on every job, safety, quality, and the client's experience. This is the top of our installer career path, built for someone who's already done the work and is ready to lead the crew doing it.

Every Crew Lead completes OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire. OSHA 10 is not required to apply.

YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE

What You'll Do

Driving company truck and trailer to and from job sites
Leading an exterior installation crew across Phoenix
Training new installers and setting the standard for how the work gets done
Serving as the first call for on-site problems and solving them on the spot
Owning crew safety, installation quality, and the final client outcome on every job
Running installs efficiently, with zero repeat callbacks
End-of-season takedown and equipment care so next year's install starts clean
Occasional support on interior décor setups as the season demands

MORE THAN A SEASONAL JOB

What We Offer

$21.00/hour to start, DOE, plus overtime during peak season
Up to $1,000 seasonal completion bonus for finishing the season strong
OSHA 30 certification provided, required within 30 days of hire
Fall protection equipment provided for every job
A real, defined path, this is the top of the exterior installer ladder

Before We Meet

"Because this role means leading a crew on our clients' property, often around their homes, families, and pets, we hold this position to a specific standard. These aren't negotiable, and we'd rather be transparent about them now than waste your time later."

REQUIRED NON-NEGOTIABLES

Please do not apply if you cannot confirm all of the following:

You must be able to drive a truck and trailer confidently. This is verified through a driving test before hire

You will complete OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire

You are 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

You can pass a background check.

You are comfortable working on ladders above 40' and lifting 50 lbs.

You have reliable transportation to reach Peoria, AZ.
